They installed a heat/AC unit upstairs about a year ago. They come out twice a year to service the unit. Technicians are great!

When we lost our heat Coastal is one of the companies we contacted for a quote. I had already established the system was beyond repair so it will be a big investment to replace. Coastal was very informative about the problems with the existing system and with ideas for the replacement system. Not only about the system but a financing solution from our utility that no one else had mentioned at all. I can't say enough about the team at Coastal. When you are facing having to replace the heating system in your house it can be overwhelming. After getting different quotes, Coastal is not only honest & reasonable, they participate in & communicate the utility programs available to help you pay for the system and they walk you through the process. The other companies do not even make you aware of this option and then offer high interest loans to finance the system. I really appreciated Coastal in all aspects of this process and highly recommend them!
Had one of the best experiences with Coastal Air Conditioning. My heating was not working and i was told by a very big company that i needed to change my whole system. They told me my inducer fan blower needed to get replaced, turns out Chris was far more experienced and was able to get my unit up and running again before the real cold weather hit. He thoroughly explained to me everything and made this experience so much better than any other company i have dealt with before. Thanks again Coastal Air! Coastal Air and people who work for them are more than excellent. Last night we had an emergency with the Air condition. After I called, was around 9pm, they sent a technician within perhaps 20 to 30 minutes. His name is Tom, I think. Very knowlegable person. Took him a second to identify the issue and another some 10 minutes to repair. This is service.
