Commercial Service and Maintenance Contract
We offer 24 hour 7 day a week priority emergency service for our maintenance contracts. Only maintenance contract customers can receive after hours and weekend service. We can set up pre-scheduled maintenance calls that work around their hours of operation. We contact the customer in advance and secure a time slot that doesn’t hinder their operations. We can also perform maintenance on an “as needed” basis, to help with cost savings. This ensures that our customer base comes as a priority and guarantee to respond to only those customers.
Benefits of Maintenance Contract:
- Maintenance includes a thorough check out of the HVAC and refrigeration equipment. We start up and run the equipment in its current mode, A/C in spring and summer, Heat in the fall and winter. We check all controls and safeties for proper operation. We check refrigerant levels; we look for obvious leaks in the refrigeration piping. We lubricate all bearings as needed. We cycle the units at their thermostat controls for calibration. We test the temperatures across the cooling or heating sections to ensure they are in the design temperatures. We will power wash all condenser coils before the cooling season to ensure proper heat extraction, giving you and your air conditioner the optimum efficiencies.
- Maintenance is scheduled to be performed exactly as needed. Some buildings need monthly services and others quarterly. Some only twice a year, what ever is the best scenario for the customer we will design it. It is not a cookie cutter type of program. We have dedicated maintenance crews for the sole purpose of maintenance, not a service tech that is slow and looking to fill in time. Our maintenance trucks are stocked with all need chemicals and power washer equipment.
- Service: we provide our contract customers with 24/7 service. We respond to all calls immediately and professionally. We have multiple trucks dispatched by our computer software system that allows us to have all pertinent information regarding a customer at our techs finger tips. We have a full time service coordinator that works solely for that department. We have techs strategically located in different parts of the state to assist our customers in the quickest fashion possible. We stock our trucks with all the latest tools, meters, gauges and parts to keep our service time to a minimum for our customers. Our techs are factory trained and certified to ensure that we send the best techs available to our clients.
- Refrigeration service: If you are a manager or owner of a food service business, I don’t have to tell you how much money can easily be lost in a few hours of down time in regard s to your refrigeration. Or how much money is wasted on purchasing ice for a bar or soda system. We can make sure your breakdowns are at a minimum. We will clean all the coils in the spring before the heat waves arrive, this keeps the customers’ equipment running cool and on line. Picture this it’s June and the forecast calls for a hot 90 degree Friday and Saturday, you own a bar near the shore. You stock up on beer and food supplies to cover the hopefully busy weekend. Friday afternoon you notice the walk in cooler is running warm, you check all the obvious things but still no luck. You are expecting a rush of people in an hour and the food and beer is 60 degrees! You call your service company and you leave a message with the answer machine. Good luck trying to get someone else on the phone, everyone is busy. Finally at 10:00 the tech arrives and cleans the coil on the roof unit, resets the machine, charges you overtime and leaves.
